The family from Taiwan has completed their stay as the final homestay guests this summer vacation. It was the first time we hosted guests for such a long period of 10 days, and we were uncertain about what to do during this hot season.
However, after it was over, we were filled with the feeling of "Thank you so much for coming!"...

The summer holidays are coming to an end as Obon (the Bon Festival) has passed here in Japan. It's probably time for parents to start back-to-school preparation for their children. Busy time!😆
The atmosphere in Tamba Sasayama has also shifted towards autumn after the Dekansho Festival is finished. Our summer homestay is nearing its end as well.

The summer homestay continues! 😆
This time, we had a group of 3 guests - a mother and her two daughters from Nara.
The 4-night 5-day stay had flown by before we knew it!

After the first group of guests left, another family came the next day and had a super short 1-night 2-day homestay!
As always, we were very curious about what would happen this time. 😊
The conclusion of the matter is, despite the super short stay, it turned out to be incredibly fulfilling! 👍

As I mentioned earlier, this summer is to be an incredibly special one, starting and ending with homestays. There will be 15 guests in total, both adults and children, that we have the pleasure of hosting. So excited!

We had a family from the US stay with us this time.
