Till we meet again!

Well, the day came that the delegation is returning home after a 12-day stay in Japan.

In the morning, we loaded up the car and headed for the city hall.
When we arrived, other members of the delegation and their host families were arriving with the packed suitcases as well.

I was the translator for the closing ceremony.

While everyone was saying goodbye, I accompanied the delegation to Osaka for a city tour and to the airport to see them off, so I was lucky to be able to enjoy the time together longer than other hosts!

After the closing ceremony, we took a group photo, loaded our luggage onto the bus, and said goodbye to Tamba Sasayama City for the time being.

The bus then headed to Osaka, passing Osaka Castle and Tsutenkaku Tower (Kushikatsu lunch) before heading to the Kansai International Airport.

Several host families came to see their guests off at KIX.🤗

After checking in and spending some time together, it was time for boarding, and the group headed for the boarding gate.🛫

It was sad to say goodbye, but the friendship continues.
